Mindfulness based counseling therapy and stress management

Lisa Schmidt, MS, CN, CYT, CEBS, CCP, SEP is an instructor at Arizona State University’s School of Social Work.  She is an expert in behavioral health change, and mindfulness based counseling therapy.  A published author and researcher, she created Twelve Weeks to Mindfulness as a worksite intervention which is now being used as an academic training tool at academic institutions including Arizona State University.
